Agreement to these terms
By using Pregnancy Toolkit (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
What the Site is
Pregnancy Toolkit provides free, informational calculators and tools related to pregnancy (due dates, gestational age, trimester ranges, conception windows, kick counting, contraction timing) and baby name suggestions. The Site has no user accounts and doesn’t collect the information you enter into any calculator on a server; see our Privacy Policy for details on what a few tools save locally in your browser.
Not medical advice
Nothing on Pregnancy Toolkit is medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional care. Every calculator produces an estimate based on standard dating conventions and averages (such as Naegele’s rule, a typical 28-day cycle, or a generic “count to 10” movement-counting method); none of them diagnose, predict, or rule out any medical condition, and none of them are a reason to delay contacting a healthcare provider. If you have any concern about your pregnancy, reduced fetal movement, contractions, or anything else, contact your midwife, doctor, or emergency services, don’t rely on this Site instead.
Acceptable use
The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to interfere with the Site’s operation, scrape or reproduce it at scale, reverse engineer it beyond what’s permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, text, and code are owned by Pregnancy Toolkit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for its intended personal purpose, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content without permission.
Third-party services
The Site displays ads served by Google AdSense and links to third-party services (such as Buy Me a Coffee). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Calculations are estimates only, actual dates, timing, and outcomes vary and may differ from what any calculator shows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pregnancy Toolkit and its operator won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Site is offered free of charge; where liability can’t be excluded entirely, it’s limited to the amount (if any) you paid to use the Site.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
